Referring a Patient

Secret City Therapy Group provides specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for individuals covered under the Department of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (DEEOIC). Our experienced clinicians are committed to delivering individualized, patient-centered care that supports safety, independence, and quality of life. We work closely with physicians, case managers, and families to ensure clear communication, timely evaluations, and coordinated care for every patient we serve.

To refer a patient to Secret City Therapy Group, please provide:

• A physician order for therapy (PT, OT, and/or Speech Therapy)
• Documentation of a recent face-to-face visit with the referring provider

Referrals can be submitted by fax or email. Our team is happy to discuss a patient’s condition, review potential therapy options, or answer any questions about the referral process.
